Skin Saver

Offer: Save 30% when you prepay 4 or more skin treatments

There is no limit on the number of treatments that can be pre-purchased however the Pre-pay policy on use and redemption applies. This policy can be viewed on our website.

The treatments must be redeemed at the clinic location where originally purchased.

Prepaid Treatment Policies Terms & Conditions

Prepaid Treatment

If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.

Pre-pays for skin treatments have a 12-month expiry date.

Pre-pays for laser hair removal treatments have a 12-month expiration date. When 10+ treatments are bought, the expiration date will be 18 months

All pre-pays affected by COVID-19 will have an additional 6 months to redeem

48 hours notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.

You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

Treatments may not be completed by the same therapist each time

Age Policy

Our customers must be at least 18 years of age to have any laser or skin treatments.

For persons aged 13-17, the Parent/guardian must be present for consultation and first treatment and understand the procedure and aftercare. Not necessarily for future treatments unless they wish to be.

Signed Consent must be done in person (the Consultation form cannot be taken home by the child).

We advise that due to hormonal changes/puberty, we do not recommend under 12 years of age.

For all Cosmetic Injectable treatments, clients must be aged 18+.

LCCA may request a valid form of ID to identify the age of the prospective client.

Medical Conditions And Medications

Can treat when the client is on Antibiotics as long as they are not photosensitive

Photosensitive must wait 2 weeks after taken

Auto-immune- must-have Doctor consent. Psoriasis and eczema can treat around unless active, irritated or heat reactive.

Cancer - 2 years in remission with letter from Oncologist

Pregnancy

ONLY Microdermabrasion and enzyme peels

Treatment Booking Deposit

A deposit for your Laser Hair Removal or Skin Treatment may be required in advance of your booking (redeemable against treatment cost) at the request of your local Laser Clinics CA clinic. The deposit amount will depend on the type of treatment and or treatment area(s) booked.

Add on Treatments

Bookings must be made for each add-on treatment purchased, at the same time as the booking is made for each treatment being added to.

Clients can only purchase the same quantity of individual add-on treatments as the number of primary treatments purchased in the pre-pay series.

Payment must be made in full and at the time of purchase of the treatment being added to and the terms of our refund policy apply.

Only valid on laser hair removal treatments and is not valid on skin treatments, cosmetic injection treatments or Skinstitut products.

The single treatment price of the add-on treatment must be equal or less in value than the treatment being added to.

Laser Hair Removal Packages

When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example, the Female Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.

Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package Terms & Conditions

Clients may purchase the full body laser hair removal package at the prices set out in the marketing materials from time to time.

The full body laser hair removal package includes all of the laser hair removal areas offered by Laser Clinics Canada, as set out in the marketing materials from time to time. This package does not include laser hair removal areas that are not currently offered by Laser Clinics Canada.

Clients may elect to remove any area from their full body laser hair removal package

Clients must advise the staff at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment of the area that has been removed from the package. No reduction in price is available where areas have been removed from the package.

Bookings must be made for all laser hair removal treatments.

Bookings for this package may not be available at all times on all days.

Payment must be made in advance.

The package cannot be used between two or more clients. Photo ID may be requested.

Clients must pay for each treatment at the time of booking. No pre-payments are available, and multiple pre-paid discount prices are not available.

The terms of our refund policy

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Our Price Promise does not apply to Full Body Laser Hair Removal Packages.

Cosmetic Injectables Terms & Conditions

A $50 deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic injection treatment bookings (redeemable against treatment cost).

Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid.

Bookings must be made in advance.

Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors.

Only the 30-minute consultation is complimentary - longer consultations will attract a fee in accordance with the cosmetic injections pricing schedule.

The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used.

Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.

Packages cannot be split over appointments

Laser Clinics Canada Price Match Policy

At participating Laser Clinics Canada clinics we will offer to match a competitor’s price for the same treatment provided it is using the same equipment and/or products and carried out by appropriately qualified staff.

The Price Match Policy only applies to competitors that operate in the same shopping centre as the Laser Clinics Canada clinic the client is seeking to price match.

The Price Match Policy applies to all laser hair removal, skin services, and Skinstitut products in-store. The Price Match Policy does not apply to cosmetic injectables or prices offered by any competitors’ on Skinstitut products via an online shopping/retail website.

Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price which must be current when seeking to price match and Laser Clinics Canada may take further steps to confirm the validity of the price to be matched. Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor using the Price Match Policy, and if no maximum number of treatments is listed the number of treatments able to be purchased is limited to 3 per client.

Clients must mention the Price Match Policy at the time of purchase and or at the time of paying for their treatment or product. The Price Match Policy will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received.

The Price Match Policy does not apply to offers made by competitors from group buying, discount, or coupon websites. The Price Match Policy will only apply to cosmetic injection treatments if the treatment requested by the client is necessary, indicated, and recommended for the individual client by one of our medical practitioners following a full consultation and physical assessment.

Our Price Match Policy does not apply to our already discounted Full Body Laser Hair Removal treatments.

Laser Clinics Canada Gift Cards

These conditions apply to use of the Laser Clinics Canada Gift Card (gift card), issued by Laser Clinics Canada (LCC).

Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these conditions.

LCC may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason.

If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of the state in which the gift card is purchased applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state where the gift card is purchased.

The gift card may only be used to purchase goods or services at the LCC clinic from which the gift card was purchased.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases so your gift card should be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the LCC clinic from which it was purchased. We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen gift card.

We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card in our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.

We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains the property of LCUK.

GIFT CARDS ARE VALID FOR ONE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

Gifts cards are valid for one year from the Date of Issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of LCC.
